To arrange and attend to all pre-arrival formalities, such as noticing receivers and/or shippers, advising customs and immigration authorities, ensuring that land trasport team are fully aware of our working efforts and reserving the vessel berthing priority. Have direct communication with master / vessel providing / instruction for drop anchor position, berthing and working prospect. Obtain all necessary shipping documents from master, shipper and/or owner.
Upon vessel’s arrival meet and attend to vessel’s berthing, co-ordinate on arrival formalities with port, customs, immigration and receivers/shippers representative. Report to charterers and/or owners of arrivals time and condition(s) such as bunker remaining onboard, arrival draft, etc.
While vessel at port to initiate and supervising on working efforts to timely dispatch vessel thus reducing portstay. On a daily basis produce and submit productivity reports to all concerned parties. We are now ready to submit our report both by e-mail, fax, telex, and/or DHL, FED-EX, etc.
SHIPPING
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
To undertake to arrange all works and provide all services for receiving cargo(s) ex-ocean going vessel on full liner terms at the port, clearing customs and transporting to given destination by trucks and/or trailers on F.O.T. basis.
To transport cargoes to the designated warehouse, store them temporarily in good conditions, protection and trasport to factory if requested by customer or deemed as necessary to implement smooth and efficient transportation.
To assist for preparation and submission of necessary documents to board of Investment (B.O.I.) as needed to obtain necessary approvals and permissions from the authorities concerned.
BANGKOK PORT
The Bangkok Port, popularly known as Klong Toey Port, is located on the left side of the Chao Phraya River between km +26.5 and km +29.5 of the Klong Toey District, Bangkok.
LAME CHABANG PORT
The port itself covers an area of around 1,000 hectares. It is designed to provide services large ocean-going-container ships and bulk carriers which do not have to dock elsewhere in South East Asia and offload for transhipment to Bangkok.
